Finished products include jewellery boxes, photoframes, candelabra, juices squeezers, vase, trivets, tray stands, stoppers, openers, tablewares, cake servers, spoons, etc.
With our own moulding department, we could manufacture new moulds according to your designs. We are experienced in manufacturing top quality (OEM tools and components) semi-finished products to brand manufacturers in Europe for assembly.
Semi-finished products including precise faucets, hinges for kettles, doors handles, accessories for vacuum jugs, nut crackers, wine and bottle opener accessories.
Customers' designs: OEM / ODM products are welcome.

Engineering
We uses the latest software to engineer customer's product requirements : Mastercam, Autocad, Solidworks, CorelDraw.
Tooling
Fully equipped with CNC machine centre, Electric Discharge Machine, Wire Cutting Machine, Milling machine, Grinding and lapping machine, Engraving machine, we have complete control over the tooling quality, lead time and maintenance of the tool.
Die Casting
We have 9 die casting machines. With good tooling structure, die casting quality can be secured.
Secondary Operation
We have different kinds of equipment for secondary operation : Hydraulic press machine, Power press machine, Automatic lathe, Drilling and tapping machines, Welding machines, Punching machine, Shaping machine, etc. Fixtures are tailor-made for each product for specific machining purpose.
Electroplating
We have our own electroplating lines for different surface finishes. We have fully equipped with AC supplys, Current rectifiers, 20 tons pure water machine and Amphere-hour metering machines to ensure stable and quality plating surface.
Total Quality Control
Our OEM products are subject to customer's AQL quality control standard.
